This song is my journey through the maze of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)— from misdiagnosis and confusion over lack of understanding within the health sector. For people who are feeling isolated and unseen I want you know that you are not alone!

The song begins with the sound of a tongue clicking noise—a small but powerful distraction technique, which helped to connect with my body. Thankfully Singing is my passion and through this song we hope to raise awareness of FND and how it affects people.
